The government of Cuba says they are not behind the apparent sonic attacks on our diplomats in Cuba:

OK then - let's apply the following principle:
“When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.”
From my perspective this suggests the most likely culprit is the CIA, which has been sabotaging the government of Cuba ever since Fidel Castro won his revolution.
But what's in it for them, you may ask?
Simple - Obama ad-Dajjal tried to normalize relations with Cuba, but the US national security state doesn't want such a thing to happen. By instigating "false flag" attacks against US diplomats, the CIA has re-driven a wedge between our two nations.
These guys have long memories and an unquenchable thirst for revenge.
