Whenever a medical doctor questions the safety of vaccines, Big Pharma and Big Med go nuts. Here's an example:

Such debates are stifled when one side's funding is cut off, and/or when people start losing their jobs because they support one side or the other.
And this has more to do with the scientists themselves than someone like Donald Trump.
