Who Is Hacking Whom ???

Recently someone hacked an aircraft in flight and made it fly sideways:

And today a Russian rocket "malfunctioned" and crashed:

How likely is it that someone hacked the rocket and caused the crash? How would anyone ever know for certain?

Are any computers really secure? I doubt it.
