US President Can Attack Any Country In The World

Here is a worthwhile essay in Der Spiegel:

Law professor Deborah Pearlstein calls for democratic control, because the citizens of America are otherwise permanently forced to bear the personal and economic consequences of wars in which they do not even know who is actually the enemy.

Even Germany recognizes that what "our" government is doing violates the spirit of the US Constitution and the will of We The People.

The bottom line here is that "our" government no longer represents us (if it ever did), and we apparently have no tools with which to change the situation.
