Apparently one or more of Hillary Rodham's (a.k.a. Clinton to some of you) stooges has a part-time job sorting her correspondence to cleanse her public record:

All communications of the State Department belong to We The People. And as one of those owners, I don't ever want to see her or her stooges in the public employ again.

Hillary Rodham sanitized her records.
And as far as I am concerned, they're all at the bottom of a huge barrel of rotten apples.
