According to a new report, the shale gas boom may be going bust (thanks in part to our sanctions against Russia):

And since people like our "Ebola Czar" could not do any better than the Solyndra scam, alternative energy ain't gonna save us either.
So much for US energy independence.
Eventually we will have rolling blackouts. It's inevitable.
But maybe that's not such a bad thing. Reconnecting with nature would do us good.
