Is Russia Preparing For Nuclear War ???

Russia has exercised its nuclear triad - land based, submarine launched, and airborne nuclear weapons - in the last few days:

Meanwhile, Obama ad-Dajjal and his minions have been fighting with our generals and admirals, and their struggles have possibly degraded our nuclear forces in ways not fully appreciated:

I don't think either side is ready to "first strike", but ya never know.

I think the US still has the edge in numbers and accuracy, but have we lost it in terms of readiness and the will to launch? Something tells me we have.
