Feeding the homeless is a crime in most large US cities:
This past Sunday, two pastors and a 90-year-old man were arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., after they were caught handing out food to local homeless people.

Of course, Obama ad-Dajjal did not and will not change this either. In fact he may have made it worse by encouraging more unemployed persons to enter the US.
