Why Was Eagle Horizon 2014 Cancelled ???

For some unknown reason, the White House cancelled the Eagle Horizon 2014 COG exercise:

EAGLE HORIZON 2014 (Cancelled by White House for UNDISCLOSED reasons): April 1-2 - Continuity of Operations and reconstitution exercise requiring federal departments and agencies to activate continuity plans and perform their Primary Mission Essential Functions from their alternate facilities. Participating employees will start their work day at their normal work locations. When the continuity level changes to COGCON 1, they will make a mad dash to deploy to the alternate sites leaving their loved ones behind.

According to this report, Eagle Horizon 2014 was cancelled because of threats from al-Qaeda:

As you may have heard, there were scheduled exercises underway on 9/11 which served as a smoke screen for the alleged al-Qaeda attacks on that day. Perhaps Eagle Horizon 2014 was cancelled to prevent a similar thing from happening.

But considering how eager Obama ad-Dajjal seems to be to declare martial law and give himself dictatorial powers, I find that difficult to believe. I think it's more likely that he does not trust the military and is worried that any coup attempt inside the US would lead to his ouster.
