Are SCOTUS Justices Morons ???

Former Justice Stevens thinks the US Constitution should be changed, primarily to allow gun control:

Meanwhile, SCOTUS ignores the following:

• Freedom of speech and religion have been trampled;
• The writ of habeas corpus has been gutted;
• Due process rights have been denied;
• The government searches and seizes anything they want, without constitutional warrants;
• COG measures suspend the Constitution, even though we are not at war;
• The President murders US citizens;
• Police murder US citizens;
• ... etc., etc., etc. [as the King of Siam would say]

Are these justices morons, or what? Don't they also take an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States?
